Chain attacks towards our memebers will be retaliated. More than 2 hits within 24 hours are a chain.

1 to 2 attacks: No alliance involvement
3 attacks: 1 retaliation from every able member plus a warning message
4 attacks: 2 retaliations from every able member plus a warning message
5+ attacks: Free for all untill the kingdom is removed from our hit list, plus a message to the alliance leader with logs to let them know we are not declaring war on them, just the chainer, unless they want a war
