The Phoenix Coalition is a group of players who wish to have fun with this game called Warbook. Most of us played in round one and gained our levels through fair and honest play without the use of multiple accounts or spam attacks. We are determined to continue this tradition in the second round and hope to engage in true battle not genocide. If you are of a like mind then come join us! No trade pact agreements are needed at this time.

Counter Policy
Ive been getting feedback that there have been some vigorous retaliations against people that have attacked us. Herein are the updated Rules of Engagement which outline several scenarios.

It is important that to be displayed as an honorable member of the Warbook community we not break our own rules.

So without further ado

If an individual gets attacked 1 to 3 times and the attacker breaks through their defenses the individual may counterattack EQUAL to the number of times they were attacked. So if an enemy kingdom has the decency to only attack you once have the decency to only attack them back once. IF you spy on the kingdom that attacked you and realize you will not be able to counter them THEN you may come to the forum and request a proxy to take your place.

ONLY ONE PROXY IS ALLOWED. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO COUNTER ATTACK AND FAIL TO GET THROUGH YOU MAY NOT REQUEST A PROXY THAT WAS YOUR CHANCE.

If you are attacked 1 to 3 times but you repel your attackers you and only you may counter attack the number of times you were attacked although it is advised that you counter with less since they did not get through after all. IN THE CASE OF REPELLED INVASIONS NO ONE MAY COUNTER WITH A PROXY.

If you violate these rules you will be required to pay reparations to the kingdom you wronged. If you are below 3000 acres and unable to pay reparations you will issue an apology to the wronged kingdom. Now if they choose to be a douche about it afterwards well fair game.

If an coalition player refuses to deal with the consequences they will be kicked from the Alliance. If a player intentionally harass other players they will be kicked from the Alliance and marked as a target. We will delight in razing the offending kingdom to the ground until the owner destroys it in a fit of cowardice.

If someone attacks you 4 to 5 times you may counter attack up to three times by yourself and one proxy no more than six attacks total.

If someone attacks you 6 to 7 times you may counter attack up to three times by yourself and two proxies no more than nine attacks total.

If someone attacks you 7 to 8 times you may counter attack up to three times by yourself and with three proxies no more than twelve attacks total.

And may the Gods help whoever is stupid enough to attack you 9+ times. If someone does so inform Grimaldi and have them marked as a target and everyone in the Alliance may attack that individual freely.

Finally if you need to request a proxy come to this forum and make a post with your spy information AND the messages from the number of times you were attacked.

Individuals who are going to retaliate MUST MUST MUST REPLY TO THE STRING AND INFORM THEY WILL BE COUNTER ATTACKING BEFORE DOING SO.

After the attack the proxy will post their combat messages to let the original poster know the request as been filled.

If you cannot register on the forums you may request a proxy by messaging Grimaldi who will assign a proxy to your case.

Any complaints from kingdoms who have been subject to over retaliation by our Alliance members should message Grimaldi with the complaint.
