HISTORY
During the era of the Black Cycle, violence was roaring and the peace of the Lands was threatened. Raids and theft was nothing uncommon during this time of the Greatest Wars. Many great and influential kingdoms fell and their remains were only as far as history could tell.
For the sake of their welfare, a group of merchants formed a pact to protect themselves and their trade by sharing funds to hire the best of elites to fend off hostile rogues. This pact was called the Joining.
Almost immediately, many other merchants heard of this and joined the allegiance for the benefit of their own safety and wealth. The pact grew rapidly and the amount of elites that they had hired was so massive that it had practically secured most of the free land of the continent.
Not long later, many others joined the Joining for security from the danger of hostiles. But they weren't just merchants now. Villages and townships joined the pact and it soon became a house for protection.
By the time the Black Cycle passed, the influence that the Joining had was so huge that it had evolved into a kingdom of its own with land spanning as wide as their influence would let them. It was led by the descendants of the late founders of the Joining.
With the scars from the Black Cycle still tainting the Lands, the Joining had proposed the idea of uniting the remaining kingdoms under a single alliance to protect each other from the remaining hostile nations that threaten their sovereignty, giving the same kind of idea that they had when they were still merchants. It sounded like an excellent proposal at that time and the alliance was soon created to provide security for the kingdoms that fell victim to constant attacks and were harassed by stronger nations.
It had done well in doing so and this alliance was called
The High Federation
PROTECTION POLICY
The key idea of The High Federation is to protect its member kingdoms. If member kingdoms have experienced any of the following as long as the recent updates could show
1) Attacked by the same kingdom for more than twice.
2) Had been the victim of more than two offensive spells by the same Hero
3) Had been the victim of more than one Land Grab by the same Hero.
it must be reported to the Alliance leader as soon as possible so that they could be dealt with unless that member decides to retaliate.
Alliance members are expected to fully cooperate with this matter if they expect to obtain equal amounts of protection shall any of the following occur to them.
RETALIATION POLICY
Alliance members are allowed to retaliate to the attacking kingdom only at equal amounts of attacks or spells that were dealt to at the first place.
e.g.
1 attack and/or spell = 1 retaliation
2 attacks and/or spells = 2 retaliations
4 attacks and/or spells = 4 retaliations
Note that alliance members are not allowed to ask for protection after a retaliation attempt as it is considered that the matter has been self-resolved
COUNTER POLICY
What goes around comes around. Being such:
1) Alliance members are prohibited from attacking the same kingdom more than twice times in 24 hours whatever the outcome of the battle is unless it is a retaliation.
2) Magicians are not allowed to cast Land Grab more than once to any other kingdoms.
3) Alliance members are disallowed from abusing and mistreating other Alliances through messages
Any attacks or offensive spells (i.e. fireball and earthquake on fellow alliance members is strictly forbidden).
If any of the following is committed and is informed that Hero might be exiled from the federation and their kingdom would suffer the consequences of their actions.
In addition any Hero found abusing the federations Protection Policy for selfish and/or personal reasons (e.g. false calls to target personal rival) would also be exiled and would be severely punished at the mercy of ALL alliance members.
