The leader deleted the alliance with the response "You needed this". The alliance had gotten too big, too many inactives and rogue members, thus he wanted to delete to start anew. Before the chain of command found out, an idiot took the tag Premier and Prem already and is NOT associated with the new Premier. The new premier with old members is known as Hegemony. There are also other branches of Premier composed of older members such as Premier Light - PML.
