Order Of The Dark Blade
History: The "Order Of The Dark Blade" is an alliance in the WarBook application on FaceBook. Founded by Necromancer, Kaldar Zerandel in September 2007, the "Order" members play around the idea that players should be safe to enjoy WarBook without the hassle of bullying or multiying (the act of attacking three or more times on one target by one player). In early December 2007, Kaldar left Warbook and left OTDB in the hands of his War Commander, Boruma Mac Cennetig who rebuilt the alliance into a smaller but more effective collection of kingdoms with stronger ties to each other. In February 2008, Kaldar returned to Warbook as a Magician and took over the reigns of "Chief Commander" again. He currently runs the alliance with the help of his Secondary Commander, Taka and his War Commander, Boruma Mac Cennetig.
Currently there are 12 members (Kaldar included) and growing.

Counter Policy:
Hit = Any aggressive action taken towards an opposing kingdom (Mana Vortex Excluded)
Retal = An aggressive response to a Hit.
1 Hit - 1 Player Retals (The Player Who Was Struck)
2 Hits - 2 Player Retals (The Player Who Was Struck)
3 Or more hits - May result in entire alliance striking and a verbal warning to cease chaining (Depends on # of attacks). Compensation may be asked for. If attacks continue or compensation is not received within 24 hours of notice, a declaration of war may be issued against the offender(s).
No player is allowed to strike a player more than twice out of retaliation in the space of 24 hours.
Before any member will retal, a concise damage report must be given. This includes:
-All attack logs from the complaintee
-A Spy and/or Survey log (if able)
Member Policy (Tolerance):
If any member is found guilty of multiying, they will be removed from the Alliance and marked as an enemy of the Alliance. However, if reason and evidence can be brought forth to allow this member to remain within our ranks, it will be put to vote to keep or remove the member. This will only happen ONCE though. Any other infractions of equal or greater magnitude will result in expulsion from the group. We promote FRIENDLY gameplay that does not hinder the rest of the game's inhabitants' experience. This is supposed to be fun, not a bully fest.
In order for a member to be found guilty:
-The source must be a reliable one. Boat rockers will be dealt with as multiers would
-Attack logs MUST be provided
-A jury of the remaining alliance members must all agree upon the guilt or innocence of the accused member
If a vote is put out the following must be met:
-ALL MEMBERS MUST VOTE. This is not an optional matter.
-To be found guilty of removal, the majority of the vote must vote for that action
-To be found viable for continued membership, the majority of the vote must vote for that action
