1)No attacking of weaker players(3 levels below u) unless u r retaliating
2)Members are advise to attack a player only up to a maximum of 2 times
3)Newbies(levels1-3) are to be given 10,000 gold by EXCO members per day/week until they reached level 4 whereby they must return 60% of the Gold and supply 10,000 soldiers to every EXCO member.
